Derive new income

In addition to truffles, the forest produces numerous fruits  which are flavorful, original and increasingly sought after by chefs and consumer alike.  Truffle-producing oak trees were fallen over a decade ago have re-grown from the stump. This creates protected corridors which we will use to plant a diversified fruit hedge. The soil needs to be prepared, irrigated but ideal growing conditions can be created here.
